For all 2026-2027 classes, child MUST be at least the youngest age listed by August 31, 2026. The only exception is September birthdays for our 1-2's class, but families must agree to repeat the 1-2's class the following school year. **If your child has a summer birthday and you'd like to discuss enrolling him/her in a younger class, please email  [email protected].

Please see the Enrollment Page for more information and to apply.

For our multi-day classes (2-3's, 3-4's, and Pre-K) one adult caregiver must stay and help 1 of the class days, children can be dropped off the other class days. Working Caregivers have the same class work day for the whole school year. Single day classes (1-2's and Family) requires one adult caregiver to be present each week with the student, there is no drop-off option in the 1-2's or Family class.

Students stay in the same class group for the school year. They do not move up to the next age group when they have their birthday. For example, in our 2-3's class, all students start the school year at age 2, and everyone turns 3 during the school year or the summer. They do not move up to the 3-4's class until the following September.

Tuition Payments
There is a yearly NON-Refundable registration fee of $60 per child. The school year runs from September-May, following NSD calendar for breaks and weather closures. We offer a sibling discount of 15% off the younger child's class. The only exception is Family Class, where the first student pays full tuition and the second student pays 50% tuition.

All Registration forms and September's tuition are due on May 10th. The first month's tuition is NON-refundable. Regular tuition payments are due one month in advance, on the 1st of each month September through April. Following September's payment, tuition is considered late after the 10th of the month and will be subject to a $20 late fee

We will either need to receive your tuition in our mailbox or paid via Zelle by May 10th, or your notification of your intent to drop from the class. Please be courteous of this so that we can accept wait-listed families if you no longer intend to be enrolled at NCP.  Tuition assistance may be available to families based on need.

Participating in a co-op preschool
At NCP any parent or adult caregiver who will be in the classroom at least 30% of the time must complete LWTech registration. NCP covers the LWTech enrollment fee ($40 per quarter) for the first caregiver. Families are invoiced for additional caregivers each quarter.
